Victor Gorelick majored in Cartooning at The School of Industrial Art in Manhattan, NY, now known as The School of Art and Design. He first began working at Archie Comics in October 1958 after a position opened up in the production department and the school's job placement service put him in contact with Archie's Managing Editor, Richard Goldwater, who offered him a position at the company. Victor has worked at Archie Comics for over 60 years, starting out as an Art Assistant before moving on to work as a Production Manager and later Art Director. In 1984, Victor was promoted to Managing Editor, working closely with the artists and writers to create stories for publication. Victor's current title is Co-President/Editor-in-Chief. Victor is an Inkpot Award winner, has served on the Comic Magazine Association of America's Code Authority Guidelines Committee and as a member of the Board of Advisors at the Joe Kubert School, and has taught cartooning in the "College for Kids" program at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, New York.

David Baker is the Manager of Print on Demand and Graphic Design for Hot Topic and associated brands. He has worked on collections for Disney, Viz Media, Hasbro and many other popular licenses. He is a huge fan of all things anime and pop culture, as well as a die-hard fan of all Akira Toriyama and Junji Ito's work. As graduate of The Academy of Art with a degree in Illustration and Graphic Design, David strives to create designs that stand out from the rest. In his free time he can be caught collecting Dragon Ball figures and watching horror movies.

Jillian Richardson is a Licensing Specialist for Hot Topic's Print on Demand and Creators programs. She has worked in the apparel and pop culture world for 9 years. In her free time she enjoys riding motorcycles, camping, hiking and just being outside! She is a big foodie who loves trying new foods and drinks, and her guilty pleasure is reality TV. (Don't judge!)
- Create an original piece of art inspired by the classic comic characters from Archie and Sabrina to be used on licensed product if the submission wins.
- Only designs pertaining to the characters, backgrounds and story elements form the Original Comics of "Archie" and "Sabrina" may be submitted for this contest.
- Do not mix "Archie" or "Sabrina" elements with elements from any other film, show, or other content.
- Do not use modern recreations of the characters (e.g. Riverdale or Chilling Adventures of Sabrina)
- Stay true to the nature of the characters.
- Editorial used on designs should be taken directly from the Comics.
- Do not use any copyrighted, 3rd party, obscene or inappropriate content, language or imagery. They will not be considered. Winning submissions are intended to become officially licensed product. Obscenity, 3rd party infringement, or copyrighted content, it will NOT be considered.
- Avoid polarizing topics.
- Do not copy any existing artists or artwork. The submission will not be considered!
- Do not incorporate any other brands or product with Archie or Sabrina; the characters cannot appear to be endorsing another brand or featured with another brand.
- Refer to the official Rules and Regulations for more information.

The King Features' Archie and Sabrina Design Contest begins September 18, 2019 and ends October 16, 2019. Must be age of majority or older to enter and must be a legal resident of and be physically located in the United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. One (1) grand prize winner will win $2,000 and no fewer than four (4) runners up will each win $300. Ten entries per person during the Contest Period. Total ARV of all prizes is $3,200.
